On January 20, Ring PCB was honored to welcome a long-term customer from Canada to our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. This visit marked more than eight years of close cooperation between our two companies—a partnership built on trust, transparency, and shared success.

Traveling thousands of miles, the customer visited Ring PCB to gain deeper insight into our manufacturing capabilities and to engage in face-to-face technical discussions. Inside our bright and well-organized 10,000-square-meter workshop, the customer observed how PCB fabrication and PCB assembly are seamlessly integrated to support efficient, high-quality production.

Collaboration Beyond Manufacturing

During the visit, Ring PCB’s engineering team introduced our PCB and PCBA solutions in detail, covering material selection, process optimization, assembly techniques, and quality control strategies. Rather than a one-way presentation, the discussion focused on understanding the customer’s end-user requirements and long-term business goals.

Based on their application needs and market feedback, the customer shared valuable suggestions that were openly discussed with our engineers. This collaborative approach reflects Ring PCB’s role not only as a manufacturer, but as a technical partner dedicated to helping customers improve products, reduce risk, and accelerate time to market.

Growing Together Over Eight Years

The partnership between Ring PCB and this Canadian customer began in 2018, when both parties first met at an industry exhibition. Initial cooperation started with a small number of PCB prototype orders. Through consistent product quality, reliable delivery, and responsive support, Ring PCB gradually became a trusted supplier.

As the customer’s business grew, Ring PCB evolved alongside them—supporting increasing order volumes, more complex PCB designs, and expanded PCB assembly requirements. This long-term cooperation demonstrates how stable manufacturing support can directly contribute to customer growth.

Transparent Production and Reliable Quality

During the factory tour, the customer saw six SMT production lines operating efficiently, producing their PCB products in real time. They followed the production flow through the final stages of 100% quality inspection and packaging, gaining full visibility into Ring PCB’s quality management and process control.

The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the manufacturing environment, inspection standards, and production efficiency. In accordance with the project schedule, the full batch of PCB products will be delivered by the end of January 2026.

Enabling Customer Expansion

One of the most meaningful outcomes of this partnership is the customer’s own growth. During the visit, we learned that the customer has established a PCB assembly facility in Canada. This strategic expansion was influenced by their long-term cooperation with Ring PCB and confidence in our quality, service, and manufacturing standards.

Looking ahead, the customer plans to source a larger volume of PCB products and electronic components from Ring PCB starting in 2026.
